And the results are....

My goals for the Bryce Canyon Half were:
  1. To finish the race - I knew anything could happen.
  2. To get a new PR - under 2:31:31.
  3. Beat 2:30:00 - with a training goal at 2:28:02.
and... I knocked nearly 8 minutes off of my half PR with a (Garmin) time of 2:23:53 for 13.10 miles - completely defying all expectations.
I had a great time at the race, and the fiance and I both had a wonderful trip.
